Tuesday, March 13 - 2:00pm - 6:00pm

(Pre-registration & Exhibitor pickup only)

Wednesday, March 14 - 7:30am - 6:00pm

Thursday, March 15 - 7:30am - 5:30pm

Friday, March 16 - 7:30am - 5:30pm

Saturday, March 17 - 8:00am - 1:00pm

Conference badges must be visible for admission to all Conference activities, exhibits, and meetings. If you lose your badge, please request a replacement badge at Registration.

 

All Full Conference Registrants and those with Exhibitor Full Conference badges are invited to attend any conference session or Institute meeting with the exception of the extra cost events or meetings labeled “closed.”

 

Stage Expo Only passes are good ONLY for Stage Expo. You CAN NOT attend sessions or other conference events with a Stage Expo Only pass. Room monitors will be in place at each session and you will not be allowed into sessions without the appropriate badge. Please come to the Registration area if you are interested in upgrading to a Full Conference Registration.

  • All missing items will be placed in the Lost & Found in the USITT Conference Office. The Conference Office is located in the convention center room 209.
     

  • USITT may take photographs and videos of participants for use in promoting the organization, its events, and for archival purposes.
